Coach Concialdi is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, IL where he spent 4 years as an outfielder for the Vikings. At Augustana he played all three outfield positions and was the recipient of the team’s leadership award as a senior. After college, Coach Concialdi went on to put together a diverse coaching background. His coaching experience includes Youth Fall Ball Director and Head Coach for Play Ball USA (2013-2016), Director of Programs and Head Coach with the Illinois Indians Travel Baseball Club (2013-2016) where he spent 2 years with the high school program and 1 year with the college program. In his 3 years with the Indians he ran their off-season practice program working with over 50 players who went on to play college baseball. Coach Concialdi also spent 3 years as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Notre Dame College Prep where he worked with the teams hitters and outfields. He also spent one year as the varsity summer league Head Coach. During his 3 years at ND the Dons appeared in back to back to back regional championship games. Anthony is currently a Head Coach for Revolution Baseball. He was the 12u Head Coach for the organization’s inaugural session in 2019 leading them to finish 16th overall at Cooperstown All-Star Village.

Coach Concialdi has been at The Dugout since its inception in 2017. He specializes in hitting mechanics and mental approach. He has a successful history as a hitting coach for players of all ages. Coach Concialdi has used his successes and failures as a player to develop a unique style and approach to the game of baseball. He has worked with players ranging from 4 years old up to professionals. His new age style, care for his clients, and his passionate energetic approach is what separates him from most. He has developed a hitting curriculum that is always evolving and on the cutting edge of what is being taught in the industry today. He continues to educate himself not just on the swing but the biomechanics of the body and how the help the body work more efficiently to produce a more effective swing.
